Savin Hill Housing was founded by a passionate group of individuals from Savin Hill Residential who believe that we can do better for our communities while still achieving returns as a business. Our vision is to bridge the gap between our communities and developers, creating a harmonious relationship that fosters growth, sustainability, and prosperity for all.

An affordable housing project started out of a group passion in property management from the Savin Hill Residential group, we decided we could do more for our community and become a developer who supports our community in a positive way while providing affordable housing to the communities in need.

We are dedicated to providing affordable housing to lower-income communities, focusing on minority and underserved populations. Our goal is to acquire and renovate properties in underdeveloped metro areas, transforming them into affordable rental properties. Through these efforts, we aim to improve the quality of life for our residents, foster economic growth, and build a sustainable community.
